Does Apple's Holy Grail of Tax Avoidance Runneth Over?

Senator Carl Levin has dubbed it the "Holy Grail of tax avoidance." According to the Chair of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, Apple's "complex web" of international subsidiaries helped the company shield $74 billion in profits from U.S. tax liability between 2009 and 2012.
